The Phillippe Builders one year builder warranty extends from the date of closing and guarantees your new home to be free of omissions and defects.
The one year builder warranty covers parts, material, and labor in the correction of any defects in electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, as well as cosmetic features like floor finishes, carpeting, and seals in the windows and doors. The builder warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Phillippe Builders will not warranty items that were not furnished by Phillippe Builders and were not included in the purchase price of the home.
Homeowners should submit their Warranty Item Requests prior to the end of the 11th month of possession of your home. You may submit this form via CERTIFIED MAIL to the address below or access the Warranty Resources for Homeowners page to submit your items online.

Emergency Services
If an emergency occurs, please call us immediately and we will make arrangements to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Outside of business hours, you may contact your subcontractor directly from the Phillippe Builders Subcontractors list provided to you in your Home Buyer Orientation Packet at closing.
Some examples of what is specified as an emergency include electrical outages and/or sparks, furnace outages, or any situation that makes the home uninhabitable.
