Phillippe Builders assists realtors by providing sales and service support from before the first showing through the final closing. We’ll help ensure you are well equipped with information, we’ll make appointments easy and flexible, and we’ll work to promptly communicate your client´s feedback and needs.
The first step is to complete and submit a Realtor Registration Form before your client visit so we know who you are representing.

Pre-Appointment Walk Through
Contact your Home Consultant to schedule a pre-appointment walk through to learn about model features and options as well as to guide us in coordinating the showing for your client.
Assistance With Showings
We’re happy to schedule to be on hand when you tour a model with your clients. We can also help simplify the appointment process by scheduling and attending return visits on your behalf.
Contracts and Closings
We’ll manage all aspects of the contracts and closings, making sure your client has complete understanding of all agreements including those of the home owner association.
